Owen Bubbers-Jones is a highly experienced mediator, trainer and conflict management consultant, having completed 55+ two party and multi-party mediations to date since 2014.
He has worked with a wide variety of organisations, including NHS Trusts, local and central government departments, universities and charities as well as FTSE100 businesses.
In particular, Owen supports leading Occupational Health providers as an ‘on-call’ mediator to deliver effective and discreet conflict resolution services at short notice on behalf of their clients.

Relationship breakdown between line manager and direct report
Return to work arrangements
Allegations of bullying and unconstructive power dynamics
Working with ‘lived experience’ staff
Mediating alongside formal grievances and employment tribunals
Owen was recipient of the Professional Mediators’ Association’s ‘Mediation Champion of the Year 2014-2015’ award and is an accredited practitioner with the Civil Mediation Council.
He has trained several hundred new mediators as well as many HR and L&D professionals to enhance their communication skills.
Owen also works with organisations to design innovative systems and policies in order to create cultures of effective conflict resolution and better workforce wellbeing.
